Production Services
We provide machining of furniture parts: sheet material sawing, edgebanding, boring, routing, countertop finishing, and custom element processing. Our services cover both single operations and complete full-cycle parts processing.

Engineering Services
We convert your project into a manufacturable design: case furniture development based on sketches, technical briefs, blueprints, and design projects. We prepare detailed structural solutions, component breakdowns, material specifications, hardware selection, and production-ready data packages.

Custom Furniture Design
We design and manufacture furniture tailored to your specific interior: kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, bathroom vanities, living room units, bedroom sets, and more. We handle everything from site measurement and design development to production, delivery, and on-site installation.
01 / Cutting
Precision cutting for any sheet material — Laminates, MDF, plywood, HDF, solid wood panels, worktops, and beyond. From standard straight cuts to complex contours, grooving, cutouts, and custom geometries — we handle it all with precision.
02 / Edge Banding
Edge banding of components using EVA and PUR technology. PUR adhesive is used where enhanced moisture resistance and minimal visible glue line are required. We work with PVC and ABS edging, on both straight and radius parts.
03 / Drilling
CNC drilling and boring for furniture hardware and structural connections. We prepare components for hinges, slides, tie bolts, dowels, and other fittings.
04 / Routing
CNC routing of custom components, grooves, holes, curved contours, integrated handles, and other structural elements.
05 / Worktops
Worktop processing and preparation: miter joint cutting, cutouts, bore holes, edge finishing, and other operations as per the project specifications.
06 / Kitting
Upon completion of machining, components are sorted, labeled, and packed into ready-to-assemble kits. This ensures that parts arrive at your site pre-organized for immediate assembly, eliminating the need for sorting and selection on your end.
CAD & Engineering
Design Bureau: from concept to constructible design.
We work beyond conventional blueprints. We take a sketch, a 3D visualization, or a technical brief and develop a fully engineered design that can actually be manufactured.

Brief
We receive a sketch, design project, drawings, or on-site measurements. We determine the scope of work, material requirements, and manufacturing method.

Development
If required, we take on-site measurements and carry out engineering design. We discuss and agree on the structure, materials, hardware, and technical solutions.

Production
Once the project is approved, it is handed over to manufacturing. Components undergo the required processing stages in accordance with the technical documentation.

Quality Control & Kitting
We inspect finished components, sort them, and assemble them into complete kits. For full-scale projects, we verify that all parts match the project documentation.

Delivery
Finished products are handed over to the client, delivered to the site, or installed by our team.
