Custom Furniture Design

Acceptance of Orders for Custom Design

To proceed with the design, a technical specification (TS) must be provided:

  1. Product Sketch – A visual representation of the desired product.
  2. Overall Dimensions – Exact external dimensions of the product (net sizes). During measurement, the available space for the custom built-in / casegoods unit must be defined, taking into account material thickness, wall curvature, and floor slope.
  3. Materials – Type and thickness of laminated chipboard (LDP), color, and edgebanding type.
  4. Hardware Type – Hinges, drawer slides, handles, legs, baseboards, etc.
  5. Shelf Layout – Positioning and spacing between shelves.
  6. Door Opening Scheme – Direction and method of door opening.
  7. Positioning of Drawers, Handles, Rods, Baseboards, Mesh Shelves, Baskets, etc.
  8. Drilling Plan – If openings are required, a schematic drawing with exact dimensions must be attached.
  9. Structural Node Diagram – Must be clearly defined by the client.
  10. For Kitchens – Built-in appliance model numbers.

Deliverables Upon Completion:

  • Parts List – Detailed list of all components included in the module, with dimensions and edgebanding information.
  • Hardware Specification – Complete list of required fittings and accessories.
  • Assembly Drawing – Step-by-step assembly scheme.
  • BASIS File – Project file compatible with Basis software.

Production Timeline

The completion time depends on the complexity of the module and is determined individually for each order .
